Our choice of hot drinks are all available with Milk alternatives (Oat, Almond, Soya, Coconut) All of our speciality coffee based drinks are served as double espresso shots with our gorgeous tasting Decaf option available
Espresso
A perfectly extracted double shot of our award winning, speciality grade, "Get To The Hopper" espresso roast from Lost Sheep Coffee
Cortado
A double espresso shot with an equal amount of perfectly steamed micro foam milk. The Spanish name Cortado means "cut" referring to how the milk balances the acidity and bitterness of the espresso by "cutting through its intensity"

Flat White
A double espresso shot with perfectly steamed milk and thin velvety microfoam top giving its name "Flat" white rather than a foamy style top.

Americano/Long Black
A Double espresso shot diluted with hot water for a milder, longer drink that's still packed with flavour. Served traditional Americano style with Coffee topped up with hot water or flip it for a Long Black, a lovely crema top top with coffee extracted over the water! (Some say the name originated when American soldiers diluted their coffee when in Italy during WWII to make it more like they were accustomed to!)
Cappuccino
A double espresso shot with steamed milk and a large foam top, with or without a light dusting chocolate powder to finish. It's name derived from the Capuchin friars, an order of the catholic church whose traditional brown Habit clothing was said to match the drinks colour
Mocha
A double espresso shot poured over our 50% single origin chocolate with steamed and frothed milk for the perfect creamy combination of two beans, cacao & coffee
Latte
A double espresso shot with steamed microfoam milk for a longer and milder drink. Remember the name Latte has become a shortened version of Caffe Latte here in the UK but back in Italy if you ask for a Latte you will get a cup of milk!
Matcha Latte
For a caffeine delivery that's slow release and without the spikes, our Matcha has a natural sweet, umami taste with none of the bitterness or grassy flavours usually associated. Chai Latte
Our unique multi-award winning chai from Henny & Joe's, is made from a traditional blend of therapeutic and warming spices. Infused with cardamom, ginger, star anise, nutmeg, cloves, all spice, vanilla pods, mixed spice, fennel seed and cinnamon with a little un-refined sugar to help lift and bring the spices to life. Made from 100% natural ingredients, naturally free from caffeine, artificial preservatives, colourings and additives. It’s allergen free and entirely vegan friendly.
Hot Chocolate
Our decadent, single origin chocolate hot chocolate is the perfect balance of sweetness and milky chocolate. Combined with steamed and frothed milk and topped with chocolate powder or mini marshmallows and cream for a real treat!
