Allergen Sensitive Cakes & Bakes
We would love to bake 100% Allergen Free options, but as with any in house freshly baked goods removing the risk of tiny cross contamination in prep, storage & handling is simply not possible without an allergen free factory. BUT we will always do our best to bake weekly options for those with allergen sensitivities. By removing as many Gluten, Dairy & Nut containing ingredients as possible from selected cakes/bakes as well as following strict handling processes we can provide an option for those with sensitivities to make an informed choice if its suitable for them (Please see our allergens page for detailed ingredients, allergens and allergen information or contact us with any questions)
Lemon Drizzle Cake
The same gorgeous lemon hit but using Gluten Free flour & Gluten Free baking powder.
Carrot Cake Traybake
The classic Carrot Cake spice mix in this beautifully moist and light traybake topped with a thick layer of orange infused Buttercream. Made with gluten free four & and gluten free baking powder. (we left out fruit and nuts in this version to try and please the masses!)

Jamaican Ginger Cake with Lemon Glaze
The classic warming spices of ginger, cinnamon & nutmeg combined with the rich sweetness of black treacle & golden syrup to make this moreish ginger cake. Finished with zesty lemon/vanilla glaze to perfectly balance the richness and spice and a little grated crystallised ginger to finich. Made with NO gluten or dairy containing ingredients.
